Full-Time Fulfilment Assistant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Fulfilment Assistant to join our team. You will play an important role in preparing online orders, coordinating stock transfers between our shops, and supporting the daily operations that ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and fulfil online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Carefully check products for quality, quantity, personalisation, and correct packaging before dispatch
• Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and courier documentation
• Coordinate and prepare stock transfers between our shops
• Receive, organise, and verify incoming and transferred stock
• Ensure orders and transfers are completed within the required timeframes
• Respond professionally to customer queries via email and messaging platforms
• Assist with order updates, delivery queries, returns, and exchanges
• Operate basic computer systems used for order processing, inventory, shipping, and fulfilment
• Assist with laser and CNC engraving machines; full training will be provided
• Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient fulfilment and stock area
• Monitor packaging materials and report when supplies need to be replenished
• Support stock counts and other general operational duties when required
• Work closely with our retail, customer care, and operations teams

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently during busy periods
• Willingness to learn new tools, machinery, and processes
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Previous experience in fulfilment, stock handling, retail, or administration is considered an asset but is not required
