Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, social media, and phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues
- Manage and track repair requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
- Perform basic jewellery repairs (training provided), including clasp replacements, cleaning, stone replacements, and engraving touch-ups
- Liaise with the fulfilment team to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Log customer feedback and identify recurring issues to improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of communication and case resolutions in our CRM system
Applicants must be fluent in both Maltese and English and comfortable using a computer.
