WARRANTY
At Carisma Collections, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. Our warranty covers the following:
- 12-month warranty from the original purchase date.
As long as we can track your order, no receipt is required.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Jewellery damaged during production or due to manufacturing faults.
- Stone Loss: Loss of any stones due to manufacturing issues.
If you notice any of these issues, please contact us at info@carismacollections.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Warranty Limitations:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, such as severe scratches or dents.
- Although stainless steel is highly durable, our 18k gold plating is sensitive and requires proper care. If Product Care is neglected, and the plating tarnishes or fades, the warranty will not be valid.

Repairs:
At Carisma, we have a dedicated team for product repairs. We offer free repairs within the first 24 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, we provide services such as jewellery restoration, including replating and repolishing.
