Deliveries in Malta & Gozo are free for purchases of €29.99 or more and are conducted via Courier Service. The delivery duration is one to two business days. Once you receive your goods, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee! The refund policy only applies to the individual purchasing the item/s. If you do not love your items, you may exchange them with another product within 15 days from the date of receipt as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. Please note that this does not apply to earring sets due to hygienic purposes.

• Stone Loss: Loss of any stones due to manufacturing issues.

Warranty Limitations:

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, such as severe scratches or dents.
• Although stainless steel is highly durable, our 18k gold plating is sensitive and requires proper care. If Product Care is neglected, and the plating tarnishes or fades, the warranty will not be valid.
